1. Introduction
Life was never meant to be hard.
2. Philosophy
The way we look at life determines how hard or easy each day goes for us. When we recognize and accept the fact that we determine how life looks and is for us then we see how powerfully we create our daily experiences as enjoyable or difficult.
3. Lesson
I just spent four wonderful days with a mentor learning how to trade stocks. I had not been looking forward to those days because they came at the time my books and speaking career demanded full-time attention.
I also was uncertain about my capability to understand the stock market well enough to make money in it.
I trusted that the Universe presented this material and opportunity at exactly the right and optimal time for me.
4. Choice
I chose to attend the special program. I also chose to learn the material easily and comfortably AND build the confidence I needed to make my money work for me in that arena. My results far exceeded my expectations
In fact, the Universe gifted me with a most amazing young man who made the material simple and FUN! Rather than be upset that my precious mentoring time was being used for non-course activity, I allowed myself to go with what was happening--and trusted my mentor knew what he was doing.
Remarkably, I discovered that the more fun I had outside the class (my mentor took me out sight-seeing, on his boat, up the mountain peaks--we had a great time) the easier I learned all that complicated information.
5. Words
I found the messages I told myself determined my degree of success in the program. I was relaxed despite my not being able to study at night or review what I had learned each day.
Actually I was downright shocked when, during the wrap-up review, I was able to answer the questions that covered every item (and then some) I had on my original list of what I had wanted to learn.
Life is an adventure to be savored in every moment.
