1. Introduction
Your thoughts create your reality. Your very old thoughts created the deep core beliefs that run your life...completely out of your awareness. Your subconscious mind is in charge of your results. In fact, it is your subconscious mind that keeps you stuck. did you ever wonder why positive thinking does not work?
2. Philosophy
Your conscious mind is the gate keeper. Your conscious mind has the power to reject thoughts that are not in your best interest. The problem is that your conscious mind gets overrun by that little voice that chatters constantly, that little voice that wants to stay comfortable---even if your life is intensely uncomfortable to live.
3. Lesson
Did you ever notice that your mind is never silent--unless you consciously choose and WORK to stay in the silence? It is the job of the little voice to maintain the status quo, I,e, keep you stuck. If you do not live life consciously., actually making the choice of which thoughts to accept and which to to discharge, ignore or reject, you live life in surrender.
4. Choice
The subconscious does not judge. It only accepts what the gatekeeper allows through. There is no intention of hurting you nor is there an intention of helping you. Thoughts just are, as far as the subconscious mind goes. However the accumulation of thoughts with negative energy usually leads to a mindset of scarcity with accompanying depression or escape.
5. Words
Check this out: when you feel glum, sad, scared, tired...stop and see exactly what thought you are thinking. Whenyou feel happy and successful stop and see exactly what thought you are thinking. It is not that some people are born winners and others born losers. Winners know to take charge of their thoughts. They know that anyone can change their core beliefs with some effort by simply stopping every negative thought, labeling it, and replacing it with a positive thought. Afterall, when the energy of the thought you dismiss is gone there is a gaping hole that needs to be filled. You can choose to fill it with positive energy. Little by little, thought by thought your subconscious mind will shift from scarcity to abundance. Oh but not without a fight!
